At Pokémon Figures Plushies Blind Boxes, we want you to be thrilled with your trainer gear and collectibles. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn apparel or unopened collectibles within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that blind boxes remain sealed and apparel tags are still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
